BRUNCH ROUNDTABLE: Empowering Women in Science within the ICMAB community

The purpose of the event is to gain insight into what are the needs of the ICMAB in terms of programs for supporting women in science, and learn the existing initiatives and needs of all the women from the ICMAB. In an informal event, while having brunch, some of the topics discussed could be: leadership styles, gender bias in recruiting, barriers along the career progression, balancing personal life and work, reinforcing professional network. The roundtable will be moderated by members of the ICMAB Gender Equality Committee. Different small groups will be formed to discuss the topics.
